Advize Solutions LLC provides consulting, marketing, and other services to assist Amazon sellers in growing their business. The specifics of each service will be outlined in an individual Service Agreement or Proposal provided to each client.
2. Pricing and Payment

The prices for our services are as stated on our website or in your Service Agreement/Proposal. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but any changes will not affect services already agreed upon and paid for.
2.2 Payment Terms
Payment for services is due as specified in the Service Agreement/Proposal. We may accept various payment methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or other agreed methods. Full payment is required before the service begins, unless other arrangements have been made.
2.3 Late Payment
In the event of a late payment, we reserve the right to charge interest at the maximum rate permitted by law and to suspend or terminate services until payment is received.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
3.1 Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final and non-refundable once the service has commenced, unless otherwise stated in a specific Service Agreement or Proposal.
3.2 Cancellation
Clients may cancel services according to the terms in their individual Service Agreement. In the event of cancellation, any fees already paid may not be refundable.

Clients agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for us to perform our services. Failure to provide necessary information or to cooperate may result in delays, additional charges, or termination of services.
5. Confidentiality and Data Privacy
Both parties agree to keep any confidential information shared during the course of the service strictly confidential. We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
Any intellectual property, including but not limited to reports, analyses, and recommendations created by Advize Solutions LLC, shall remain our property until full payment is received. Upon payment, clients may use these materials for their internal business purposes only.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided « as is » and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results or that services will be error-free. We disclaim any implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Advize Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from or related to the use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of United States.
10. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
